"To whom it may concern - I wanted to send this email to praise your store and one of your employees, Allison (not sure of her last name) but she worked yesterday Jan 15th and helped my daughter with her prom dress (we were there around 2pm, just in case there is another Allison that works there😊). We didn’t have a great experience at another store last year but this one was way different. The way you run your store is efficient and friendly without the pressures of having to pick a dress quickly. Allison was awesome! She was friendly, attentive and just a pleasure to work with. I feel that people don’t get the praise they deserve these days, but I like to take a few minutes to make sure people like Allison are recognized for their hard work.

"I came in to find a dress for my elopement. Let me tell you. Terri is the absolute best human ever. If you're coming here for a dress you NEED her to be the one helping you. She is super funny and friendly and she knows EVERYTHING. Her opinion is always spot on. I ended up getting two dresses, one is for a wedding I'm attending. I decided later on that I wanted my elopement dress to feel a little more "bridal" so I'm going to try to sell that one but that is no reflection on her.
