We are the largest social occasion store in New England and one of the 4 largest in the country, with over 20,000 fabulous dresses, sizes 000-36 in our beautiful 10,000 sq.ft space.


Our entrance is on the left side of the building under the black awning and there is plenty of free parking on the side and back of the building.

Do you take appointments? 
Appointments are available to shop for your Bridal gown, Quinceañera, Damas, and Tuxedos ONLY.


Bridal appointments must be scheduled online and will be confirmed during business hours. Please complete the appointment form, including your credit card information. There is NO FEE for your appointment. Your credit card will only be charged a $50 fee in the event of a no show or a cancellation within 24 hours of appointment time. You may bring up to 4 guests. If you need any additional information, please call the store.


Appointments for Quinceañera, Damas and Tuxedos may be requested online or by calling the store.




60 minute appointments are available for bridesmaid parties of 5 or more on Sunday mornings at 10:00 or Monday through Saturday at opening time. please call the store to make an appointment for bridesmaids.



What can I expect when I arrive at the store?
Please sign in using the iPad or scan the QR code.



Our greeter will add you to our dressing room list. They will guide you to your proper size (keep in mind dresses run small and you may need to go up 2-3 sizes from your everyday clothes). You may select up to 5 dresses to try on and once a dressing room and a sales consultant are available, you will be notified in the order you signed in. Dressing room time limit is 45 minutes. Our experienced staff is familiar with our dresses and how they fit…Trust them, they will find you the perfect dress!



After you sign in, please let the greeter know if you have an appointment. Relax in our lobby until your bridal consultant is available. Your appointment is 90 minutes, so please arrive a few minutes early to make the most of your experience. All of our brides receive the same attention whether getting married next week, next month, or two years from now.

When is a good time to shop?

We are open Monday thru Friday from 11:00-9:00 and the store is usually less busy. If those hours do not work for you, please visit us on Saturdays from 10:00-7:00 and Sundays 11:00-6:00.


Do your sales consultants work on commission?

Our sales consultants do not work on commission. They love what they do, helping their customers find the perfect dress and accessories. When you look great, we look great!


Do you have a layaway plan?

We have our own free 2-month layaway plan.


Do your dresses need to be ordered?

All of our dresses are brand new, shipped directly from the manufacturer to us and can be purchased and taken home today. If there is a dress you would like to order, we are happy to do that for you if it is available in time for your event.


Do you offer alterations?

Expert bridal alterations are offered by appointment only.


For all other alterations, we can provide you with a list of dressmakers throughout MA and NH.


Can we bring food & drinks into the store?

Sorry, no food or drinks are allowed in the store.

You will have a trained sales associate who knows our inventory and so often will pick just the right dress for you. Dresses are in store to try on and you will have a sales consultant to assist, guide you, and answer any questions you may have. You can pay in full and take home today or use our layaway plan.


2. You can spend hours scrolling online through dresses just to find out that the dress you select isn’t available or the dress you order comes in and it doesn’t fit or the quality isn’t what you envisioned. Colors online may not be the same color as the actual dress. Then you are stuck with the hassle of returning the dress and starting over. Online inventories with every store, every manufacturer are often not accurate.

3. If you are only able to shop online, shop The Ultimate. With us, you know you are working with an authorized retailer and we update our customers same day about availability. Many online retailers do not.


4. Looking for shoes or accessories, we can coordinate with your dress from our extensive in store selection.


5. We have been in business for 55 years and work closely with all of the leading designers and you will be sure to receive an authentic gown. Sadly, there are a lot of scams out there. Please be aware!
