Our big day is a little over a year away and my budget wasnt huge because we just bought a house. Sonia heard and understood that and worked with me with no pressure to buy or over spend. We had so much fun trying different styles and she encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone. She really got a feel for my style, vibe and energy. She is very sincere and we could tell she loves her job. I found my dress, veil, and a head band and walked out super happy that day!! I would recommend this place to any bride to be. The try on room was spacious, and was a great temperature which is nice when trying on a lot of dresses. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Sonia at Ultimate Dedham today! Due to my poor time management and a challenging semester, I found myself in urgent need of a black chiffon bridesmaid dress with only 36 hours to spare. After calling several places with no luck, I finally reached Ultimate Dedham, and that’s where my luck changed. Sonia answered my call and informed me that they had one black chiffon dress in my size, inviting me to come by before closing time.

When I arrived, Sonia had already pre-pulled the dress for me. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. I was fortunate that the dress fit me well, though it wasn’t a perfect fit and needed some adjustments at the sides. Initially, I thought I could manage, but Sonia went above and beyond by providing me with contact information for local tailors, including one that was still open late and could accommodate a quick alteration. I was looking for a particular dress for my daughter. The Dedham location did not have it. But the Peabody location had it in a different color. We did not want to purchase without my daughter having the opportunity to try the dress on. Sonia drove to the Peabody location the same evening and called me a few hours later to share that the dress was in Dedham. The next day my daughter tried it on and fell in love with it. Needless to say it was purchased and the dress came in before the six week delivery date promised.

I had an exact dress in mind, and Sonia perfectly captured my vision and pulled other dresses for me to try to compare the first choice to. With so many beautiful dresses it ended up being more difficult than I thought to choose, but I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
